SPEAKER: Emily Zhang is a senior recruitment consultant in NES Advantage Solutions Group AS. Emily holds master's degree in international marketing from INSEEC Paris as well as MBA degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. She has over 20 years of experience as a professional HR, headhunter and career advisor for many international companies: e.g. Aker Solutions, Kværner, Aibel, Hübner and DNVGL etc. Emily has been working as a headhunter and recruiter in Norway since 2011. She talks with hiring manager and candidates every day, and builds up bridges between both sides. Emily has experience with outplacement program as well. She has a lot of insights and hits to share with you, help you to win the competition and get your dream job.
Organizer Chinese Professionals in Norway (CPN, cpn2003.no) is a non-profit organization with members of Norwegian-Chinese professionals. The objectives of CPN is to provide a social and professional platform for it members and to promote broad exchange and collaborations between Norway and China. CPN has more than 900 registered members today. All members have high educational degrees and work at different professional branches in Norway. CPN has been working continually to provide useful knowledge and expertise to its members and other immigrants in Norway. CPN built up The Competence Center for Immigrants (CCI, workinginnorway.no) between 2010-2018, with the financial support from The Directorate of Integration and Diversity (IMDi).
